The ranks of the table is implemented in Word, that is, convert the top row of the table to the leftmost column. At the same time, the corresponding table unit content is also replaced accordingly, just as the transposition of the matrix. This feature has not been found in the current Word 7.0 version, however, using Excel's table row conversion function, it can be easily interchangeable to the Row of Word tables. Specific steps are as follows:
1. Select and copy the Word table
(1) Select the table to be transposed in Word;
(2) Copy the selected table content to the clipboard.
2. Borrow Excel Rows Interchange
(1) Run Excel;
(2) Paste the clipboard content into Excel and re-select the table content;
(3) Copy the selected content to the clipboard, or click the "Copy" button;
(4) Select the upper left corner cell of the paste area. At this time, it should be noted that the paste area does not have overlapping parts of the original form;
(5) Click "Edit → Selective Paste" menu, pop up the Selective Paste dialog (see Figure 1);
(6) Select the "Transport" check box, click the "OK" button to generate a transposed table;
(7) Check and copy the table to the clipboard;
(8) Exit Excel.
3. Wonded the table after Word
(1) Switch back to Word;
(2) Determine the insertion point of the transposed table in the document;
(3) Paste the transposed table in the clipboard.
Here, the row and columns of the Word table have been completed. In addition, this method can also be used in the row of partial elements in the table. This approach does not require the number of lines of the table to the same number. This method can be used for the database table structure design and database table of database table structure and database tables.
The above operation is touched in the environment of Chinese Word 97, Excel 97.
