There are still many translations of DirectX 8, and it is not there.
Microsoft DirectX 8.0
navigation
This section describes how this Microsoft® DirectShow® document organizes.
If you have experience in using DirectShow, read "New Content in DirectShow". It describes the new features included in Microsoft® DirectX® 8. If you just start using DirectShow, start from the section "Start". Then read the article in "Using DirectShow", applies to the application you want to write (such as playback, capture, or DVD). To know more about the DirectShow system, read the section "About DirectShow". If you are interested in writing a video editor, you can start from the introductory material in the DirectShow editing server, and then read other parts later. Previously, in order to perform a custom data conversion, you must write a DirectShow filter. Now you can easily complete the same work by writing a DirectX media object. Read the DirectX media object to get more help. (You can still write a DirectShow filter. Read the DirectShow filter.)
Information in DirectShow is described in the following sections.
begin
Introduce DirectShow application development. Describe the basic concepts and introduce a series of simple applications to start using DirectShow programming. Read this section If you are new to DirectShow.
on
DirectShow
Provides advanced background information about the DirectShow system, just like application development topics, such as image imaging.
use
DirectShow
Contains information you need to write DirectShow applications This topic is organized around special procedures, such as video capture, DVD playback, digital video, and video editing.
Decoder development
Contains information that developers write software decoders needed.
DirectShow Guide
Contains a DirectShow application to prepare the class in the class. This section describes many when you write the DirectShow application, you will need the features, such as drive enumeration.
DirectShow Reference
Contains a perfect DirectShow Programming Interface (API) Reference. It also has the filter documentation provided by DirectShow.
DirectShow routine
Describe simple applications and filters contained in SDK
DirectX media object
DirectX Media Object (DMOS) is a new way to write data stream components. Similar to the DirectShow filter, DMOS gets input data and uses it to manufacture output data. Anyway, DMOS is easy to create, test and use than DirectShow filters.
Media parameters
The media parameter is a new set of APIs that allow the property to change the properties of the object. They provide precise control additional properties to quickly change and require high performance and repeatability.
appendix
Contains information about various techniques, including information about debugging, using C to write DirectShow program information, country / area code, and old feature list
Glossary
Define terms and concepts using DirectShow.
