To be honest, I have never been very good about the company's company, I feel that these companies have nothing to have to eat, even some non-physician bodies and do not understand the development of outsourcing. During this time, I still have not changed my image, or it may be that I am sensitive to technology. However, the company has some technical people who have a big overall situation, and I have learned a lot from them.
This time I made a more formal project, and I was familiar with the cycle of software development and a lot of details. As a developer, it is not just a program, but also a lot of documents, filling a lot of reports, etc., and sometimes most of the time is above. Although these people feel that these trivials are considered as the underlying personnel, these tasks are undoubtedly the work of high-level developers and project managers.
In addition, I only feel that China's human resources are too cheap. The outer side has made a lot of redundant design when they out, or some are excessive designs they do in order to alleviate their own thinking. If you put it in their country, these people are absolutely dare not do, because the cost of redundancy is too high. However, it is not the same in China, because we are all cheap labor, although we are self-cultivation in China.
If you have aware of the software management, you should know that if you have a way forward behind the project, you may only extend the project's duration of the project, and the cost is increased. I also felt this this time. I am later added, I feel that most of the time is understanding and learning the previous design, and the exchange of others and waste other people. But fortunately, this project is not very tight, it is completed in advance, but my arrival is obviously a little stirring.
Software development is a process and complex process, so strict management is necessary, but management must be humanized, because this is not a bricklayer, whispered a little bit is a little bit. This is mental labor, and the mood of developers can act directly on the development process.
In the future, I will also participate in more projects, improve my HP, but my character still doesn't want to come out of the company :)
