Close MSN Hotmail account
To close the free Hotmail account, log in to Hotmail using this account. Click Help, follow the instructions in the Turmy MSN Hotmail Account. To cancel the MSN Hotmail Extra Storage account or other MSN subscription, go to MSN Billing.

If you don't log in to your free Hotmail account within 30 days or within 10 days of the account, the account will be inactive. Once your account is inactive, all messages, folders, and contacts will be deleted, but the account name is still retained. If the account is in a non-active state within 90 days, it will be permanently deleted.
