6. Click the plus sign ( ) next to the Office sharing function to expand it.

7. Click the icon next to the Chinese optional user input method and select unavailable.

8. Click Update.

Note: If multiple Office XP products (such as Office XP Professional and Publisher 2002) are installed, the above steps must be repeated for each product installed.

1. Exit all Office programs.

3. In the Installed Service, select each input item listed, and then click Remove to delete the item. All items must be removed one by one, except for the following input services: English (US) - Default US 101 keyboard

Step 3: Run REGSVR32 / U for MSIMTF.DLL and MSCTF.DLL file

1. Click Start, and then click Run.

2. In the Run dialog box, type the following command: regsvr32.exe / u msimtf.dll

3. Click OK.

4. Repeat steps 1 through 3 for MSCTF.DLL files.
