The approximate steps are as follows:
First, find your own interest, hobby with the most hoped occupational type (preferably 3 ~ 5 goals);
Second, it is difficult to list each goal with its own actual situation, advantage, disadvantage, strength, defect, and defects make up or avoid;
Third, queue each goal, such as two target gaps, and queue in interest;
Finally, in the first two goals arranged in the second and first two targets, one of the more likely, more easily implemented;
V. Extension of the career goal to see if there is a relevant achievable other objectives (expand the target range, do not hang on a tree, if the second target extensibility is stronger, you can choose the second goal aims);
Sixth, detailed analysis of the gap between the preferred target and the step, method for advancing to the target;
Seven, recalling every three months, there is a deviation, because of how to improve, and implement;
Eight, if it is discovered that the target is difficult to achieve, it will develop in other expansion directions.
The career design is different from the plan, and it is a personal strategy. Therefore, the excess plan is not considered, but gradually moves closer to the target.
