1. A blank page appears after completing the print document

On the "Common" toolbar, click Show / Hide Edit Tags. If you see a paragraph tag that does not contain text, please delete it. Then click on the "Print Preview" on the Common toolbar to see the printable documentation and confirm that your blank page will no longer appear on the tail of the document.

2. Paper size required without printers

You now have to print a document, but the printer you use does not support the type of paper you have printed, what should you do? Click the Print command on the File menu. Under "Zoom", select the paper size to use in the "Press the Paper Size Zoom" box. Word scales the page to accommodate the size of the paper you selected, similar to the "narrow / zoom" function on the copier.

Also, if the original created document is set to a A4 paper size, now you have to print the envelope paper size, or you can specify Word always scaled the document. Method is to click Options on the Tools menu, and then click the Print tab. Then select the "Allow Return A4 / Letter Paper Size" checkbox.

3. Insert a manual paging, but the new page cannot be printed

If you accidentally set a manual paging to hide the text format, and specify that you do not print hidden text, Microsoft Word will ignore the manual page break. The new page will not appear in the print preview and cannot be printed.

To delete hidden text formats, first confirm that you can see manual paging characters: Switch to normal views, click Show / Hide Edit Tags on the Frequent toolbar when needed. Then select the Pediatrist, click the Font command on the Format menu, and then clear the Hidden Text check box.

4. Print page does not match the page on the screen

The page displayed in the reading layout view is fully met, but the page you see does not mean the page of the document you print. In order to display the page seen and the printed page, please click "Actual Page" in the Reading Toolbar.

5. Graphics beyond the edge

When you create a brochure, it is best to start from a new blank document, select the "Page Settings → Page Margin → Book Folding" to easily move the graphics and other elements. However, if you want to create a book folding in an existing document, you can re-adjust the location after the page is set. You can try to use horizontal and vertical tags to help you accurately place the location of the elements.

6. Unable to print graphics when printing a document

There are two cues: First, it may be printed in draft mode. Click the "Options" command on the Tools menu, click the "Print" tab, then clear the Draft Output check box; the other is the domain code of the graphic that may be trying to print, not the graphic itself. Click the Options command on the Tools menu, click the Print tab. Clear the Domain Code check box.
