First Install The Patch Which Support IPv6 and Can Be Downloaded Form Microsoft.
Then Install the ipv6 protocol
write some simple code to test, but find the Socket.SupportsIPv6 is still false in c #, howover, the program runs well .maybe the .net config file still not be modifid when installing the ipv6 patch.who konw the config file.
