Solve software arrangements
Below is some of the more common problems that may encounter when using group policy arrangements, as well as recommended resolution strategies:
1 The application did not appear as expected. This is most likely to be issued by an application arrangement. To determine if the application is assigned or published to the user, "Add / Remove Programs" in the control panel is logged in as the user.
• If the application appears in "Program", but no "start" menu shortcut, this shows that the application has been published rather than assignment. • If the application appears in "Add / Remove Programs", the application is not arranged, or in the wrong OU, or the user is a member of the security group that is not affected by the GPO.
2 The application cannot be installed. This may be because the user cannot access the distribution point; for example, the server of the supervisor may fail without using it. Verify the user's permission to read the NTFS file system in the user.
3 The application is not arranged in expected. This may be caused by group strategic conflicts. It is possible to assign a certain level (for example, a domain level) of the user, and then reject the application on the lower level (eg, OU). Another possible reason is that the application may also be assigned to the computer, and the computer policy ignores the user policy in most cases. If a user has been assigned Word, but Word is also labeled as forced deletion from a computer that will not receive Word when the user logs in to the computer.
