The US Project Management Society (PMI) established the "Project Management Knowledge System" in the 1990s, stipulated in the "Key Tour of Project Management", a real professional project management personnel must have the following basic capabilities: Range Management: Focus on "big picture" affairs, such as the life cycle of the project, the development of work division of work, and the implementation of changes in management process, and so on. Risk management models are usually composed of three steps: risk determination, risk impact analysis, and risk response plans. Quality Management: Requires project management personnel to familiarize with basic quality management technology, such as production and explaining quality control diagrams, try to achieve zero defects. Contract Management: Project management requires strong contract management skills, such as understanding the risk of pricing contracts relative to the "cost addition" contract. They should understand the key legal principles in the contract. Communication Management: Requires project management to conduct effective communication with their managers, customers, manufacturers, and belongings. Integration Management: In the final analysis, project managers must integrate these eight capabilities and coordinate.
