1. First download Eclipse Eclipseme

b. Eclipseme can be downloaded to the latest version by accessing http://www.eclipseme.org/ or http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=86829. You can also click here to download 0.7.5 Version.
Note: The JRE to install on your computer before running Eclipse. Otherwise, Eclipse cannot start.
