1.0 purpose
The purpose of this paper is to describe the procedures used by the SQA group of the ABC centers for internal software processes. The purpose of the execution check is to provide an objective commitment to the software process to confirm and ultimately submit software products that meet standards, manuals, specifications, and procedures.
2.0 range
The procedure described in the article applies to internal software process checks performed by the ABC Center SQA group.

5.0 roles and responsibilities
5.1 inspector
The inspector refers to an individual or group that is prepared and executed. After setting up a check group, you must first specify an inspection team leader. The inspection team leaders are responsible for assigning inspection tasks for other members of the group.
The inspection team leaders are responsible for the following tasks:
Training and adjusting inspection team members.
Human and equipment used in planning inspection.
Execute the check.
Generate an inspection report.
Release check report.
Track check correction activities.
Checking group leaders or individuals as an exam must be a member of the SQA group. The SQA group is responsible for ensuring that a positive correction activity is executed, and the document is identified in the software process.
5.2 being checked
The inspector refers to a group or group that accepts the inspection. The inspected group or group is responsible for the following tasks:
Understand the objective fair inspection standard.
Work with the inspection team.
Respond to the inspection report, formulate a correction plan.
5.3sqa representative
The SQA representative of the inspector is responsible for performing many coordination steps in the inspection, such as the planned interviews and the useful talk rooms, coordinate self-assessment, establish objective evidence, feedback on the needs of the inspectors, and prepare the next step Activity plan, etc.
5.4 High-level administrator
The high-level administrator is responsible for monitoring the progress of the inspection process and gives timely auxiliary and mediation when producing a large contradiction.
6.0 Check Schedule
The R & D SQA team is responsible for developing quarterly check schedules. The entire schedule is published in the R & D SQA homepage and is maintained by the SQA Group Coordinator.
When planning an inspection, the SQA team will specify one of its members as an inspection team leadership, and the paused team will periodically receive some notices from the inspection team leadership. The inspection team leader is the owner of the examination plan, he (she) is responsible for inspecting the inspection process.
7.0 Check Program
When performing a specific check, the inspection team or individual is responsible for including all the inspections of the following stages:
plan
summary
ready
an examination
report
Correction
track
7.1 plan
If necessary, the inspectors will first re-examine some of the people who do not meet the requirements and corrective activities developed, and marks the fields that need to be checked again.
The inspectors will generate and use some suitable software checks to guide the software to develop each phase / process check activity. These nuclear pairs can be obtained from the following resources or their combination:
Project development plan.
Project SCM program.
Project SQA program.
The content of the checklist can be different depending on the project phase. The following is some activities that need to be executed in the inspection plan:
Ensure that each software process that will be checked has a checklist with an objective inspection standard.
Identify some highlighted corrective activity terms involved in the inspection software process.
Make a plan for a summary.
7.2 summary
The inspectors have mastered information about the examiners, including project managers and SQA representatives to facilitate further inspection activities.
The criteria for inspected the inspected process.
Some technical details of review inspections include roles and responsibilities of the previously defined.
The core pair is distributed to every process of the examined to facilitate the initial self-assessment of the examiner. Requires the inspector to prepare objective evidence, including some work product instances that meet the requirements of the demand process.
Other plans in the review inspection.
7.3 Preparation
In the preparation phase, the SQA representative should ensure that the information required is already in place for further development.
Ensure self-assessment has been completed.
Ensure that objective evidence, including some work product instances that can prove some work product instances that meet the requirements of the demand process.
7.4 check
In the inspection phase, it is mainly to carefully check whether the objective evidence is compliant with the designated standard. The inspector evaluates the work product in accordance with objective inspection evidence.
The inspectors should ensure that the checklist is completed.
The inspector review inspection standard and the initial self-assessment result of the examiner.
The inspector checks the objective evidence that meets the item.
The inspectors talk about the relevant personnel to determine the practice of currently being checked. As a criterion, 10% to 20 members of the project team are required to participate in the test steps.
7.5 report
After the inspection phase, the inspectors generate a check report.
Generate the draft discovery (see Appendix A) while generating a copy of the draft for all participants in the inspection.
In the 1-2 days after the preliminary draft of the draft, I will submit a submission meeting to get the consistency recognition of the discovery.
Solve the problems in the discovery and update the report accordingly.
Distribute the final report to the participant, the inspector's management and quality group management personnel.
7.6 activities plan
If some do not match certain items are found in the inspection, the SQA representative is responsible for developing the corresponding correction activities.
The check party develops an activity plan that includes the Correction Activity Terms (see Appendix B). When the plan is completed, you should be able to resolve some of the questions discovered in the inspection. The activity plan should be set up within 20 working days after the final check report released and submitted to the inspectors.
The inspector review activities plan, and the plan should be able to ensure that all discovered issues have been resolved by the exam.
After the event is accepted, the personal corrective activity terms are recorded in the SQA Corrective Activity Terms Log.
7.7 tracking
After the activity planning phase, the inspectors must track the completion of the corrective activity terms.
The inspector test is labeled as the Terms of Correction Active.
The SQA representative tracks all the corrective activities to ensure that the software process has made corresponding progress.
The inspector tracks each corrective activity terms to ensure that it is done within the specified time.
The inspectors have been tested to correct whether the terms of the event have been completed.
