In the project I have experienced, there is a remote collaboration with another group. That group is in the customer, and our group will have many modules depend on the interface they provide. This is the most painful project experience I have encountered. Because the cause of these things is not inside the group, it can only solve the problem through tough diplomatic means, but the effect is small, and the project is repeatedly delayed, even, will exceed twice the project delivery time on the contract.
The above-mentioned developer's time validity is very low. What about us? Of course there is an internal factor, at least I have encountered.
