1. Create a menubar using the resource editor;
2. Open the RC file where Menubar is located in a text mode;
3, put the file
[Menubar ID] ShmenuBar Discardable
Change to
[Menubar ID] RCDATA
It is said that this is the EVC bug directly using menubar.
