The main goal of this phase is defined in RUP: scale definition and cost / progress estimation; whether the demand is determined;

The postgraduate process defines this stage objective: understand the school and related situation to be applied; determine the scale of review and how much time, energy needs to spend;

Main workflow: Project Management <==> Assessment Research Review Size and Risk, Develop Postgraduate Review Plan, Monitoring Postgraduate Review Schedule <==> Developing Postgraduate Review All Process of Test Plan Environment <==> Research Review Environment, Test environment, social environment; business modeling <==>: Establish a model of the entire process of postgraduate research; demand <==>: understand the overall demand for examination, review; develop demand management plan; analysis design <==> to business model and Master analysis

Milestone (this phase of the goal): Postgraduate prospects ==> have recorded the research core issues such as demand, key points, and primary constraints. Postgraduate reasons ==> have been determined and approved. Risk list ==> The initial postgraduate risk has been identified. Postgraduate review plans ==> The initial phase and its duration and goals have been identified. Resources estimates in the postgraduate review plan (especially time, human and review environment cost) must be consistent with postgraduate reasons. Iterative Plan ==> The first refined iteration iterative iterative program has been completed and reviewed.
