CMM: Capability Maturity Model
It is divided into five maturity level: initial grade -> repeatable -> Dedey-level -> Managed level -> Optimization
Tools required to implement CMM: 1) Software Development Process Frame 2) Demand Management Tools
3) Object-Oriented Analysis Design Tools 4) Configuration Management Tools
5) Change Management Tools 6) Software Test Tools
The main changes in the five levels:
1) The software process is characterized by no order, and there is almost no process is defined, and successfully relying on individual capabilities.
2) Established basic project management processes to track costs, progress, and functionality, the necessary process discipline has been in place, enabling projects with similar applications
Can repeat the previous success
3) The software processes of both management activities and engineering activities have been documented, standardized, and integrated into the standard software process.
4) Detailed measurement of software processes and product quality, no matter how software processes are still quantitatively understood and controlled
5) Use quantitative feedback information from the process and the pilot test from new ideas, new technologies, making the continuous process improvement possible
