From the Tools menu, select "Protection Document" and display the relevant settings in the task pane, as shown in Figure 1. Select "This type of editing is only allowed in the document", and the default option "is not changed", indicating that anyone opens the document is only read-only, and cannot modify the document content. Now, what is needed to specify which content allows users to modify. First, all parts allowed modified in the document, such as all underlined parts in the contract (you can hold down the CTRL key jump). Then, select "Everyone" under the "Excellent" in the task pane (if you can click "More User", specify the permissions of individual users in the field of the enterprise local area network. Finally, click Yes, Start Force Protection button, display the dialog, as shown in Figure 2. After setting your password, click OK. In this way, when anyone (or specified domain user) opens the document, you can only enter or modify the contents described above.
