Microsoft has a component package for "Microsoft Office Document Imaging" in the tool components in Microsoft Office 2003, which can perform optical character recognition (OCR), the author introduces you to the use of Office 2003's new OCR function from the picture A method of extracting text.
The first step we need to install "Microsoft Office Document Imaging", click "Start → Programs", "Microsoft Office Document Imaging" can be installed in "Microsoft Office Tool" in the Microsoft Office Tools (shown in Figure 1).

In the second step, open pictures or e-books with text, find the page you wish to extract, press the print screen key (PrintScreen) on the keyboard to take pictures.
