1. The environment variable is not equipped, please see clearly to configure Tomcat_home or Catalina_home
2. Port conflicts, such as IIS occupied 80 ports, WebLogic chooses Manually to occupy 8080
Debug method:
1. Run Startup.bat in CMD
2. Change the second line of Startup.bat in the second line of START to Run
3. Run Catalina Run under the bin directory
