Overview
Use your personal folder backup feature, backup Microsoft Outlook information will be more quickly and more quickly. In Outlook 2000 and later, this feature will periodically create a backup copy of the .PST file, making it easier to make the security backup of all Outlook folders.
With your personal folder backup feature, you can select the .pst file to be backed up and the interval for performing the backup operation.
Each.pst file contains all Outlook folders, including inbox, calendar, and contact folders. You can use a .pst file (commonly referred to as "Internet Folder" or "Personal Folder" in the folder list), but there may be other .pst files ("archive folder") for archiving. With your personal folder backup feature, you can back up all or any.pst files.
Note that the personal folder backup feature is only backed up .pst files. If you have Microsoft Exchange Server mailboxes, the server administrator may regularly back up your server mailbox folder.
Note If your operating system is a Far East language version, such as WinMe Korean version, the Office is using the English version, you cannot use this download.

Install this download:
Download the file by clicking the "Download" on the above and saves the file to the hard drive. Double-click the PfBackup.exe program file in your hard drive to start the installer. Follow the screen guidance to complete the installation.
Instructions for use:
After completing the installation of this download, do the following:
Start Outlook. On the File menu, select Backup. To change the backup option, if you want to back up .pst file, click Options.
Delete this download:
To delete the download file itself, please delete the file
PfBackup.exe.
In the Start menu, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel. Double-click Add or Remove Programs. In the currently installed application list, select "Microsoft Outlook Personal Folders Backup" and click Delete or Add / Delete. If a dialog box appears, follow the delete program descriptions. Click Yes or "OK" to confirm that the program is to be deleted.
