My Windows XP's Administrator password forgot, I want to go in and see, I find a lot of ways, but most of them have been out. For example, the method of deleting a SAM file is not feasible, causing the system to lock. The following method finally solved my problem.
1. There must be an account that can enter the system. For the default Windows XP system, the Administrator account has no password. But when you log in to the system normally, this account is not displayed, just in security mode. If this account can't go in, you can only find a way to get another account.
2. Restart, select security mode with command line. Use the account determined in 1 to log in, execute it in the command window:
Net user administrator "newpassword"
The Administrator can be the account name you want to modify, NewPassword can be your new password you set
3.ok!
