Test tools do not teach testers how to test. If there is a problem, the test tool will increase the problem. Before implementing the test process automation, you should first solve the problems during the test.
Some test tools have suggestions for test strategies. But this suggestion is rarely described very clear, and it is impossible to deal with the importance of their automation testing.
We have come into contact with some test managers who want to purchase test tools instead of hiring testers. (We have also touched some tool providers who have helped this idea.) We have never seen this idea to do well. If you purchase such a tool, dismiss the tester, eventually there will be a lot of busy tool users, there are a lot of activities, finding few or found outlines. What is the value of this?
