Various frameworks and class libraries for XML use, almost make XML a data source necessary for developers. Migrant manufacturers and organizations have released XML data format. With the large number of XML data, the data query for XML will be indispensable. Like the database SQL, XQuery will provide us with convenient data query capabilities. This article introduces the application of XQuery based on SAXON project. Saxon is a XML class library written in Java.
