Don't say nonsense, I will tell the production process of crystal icons under FW.
1. New files, parameters, can not open more than the icon
2, draw the graphics you need to make on the canvas, the text can also be converted to the path in the future)

4. Select one of the words, change its fill color in the properties panel, change to linear gradient
5, then click the fill color to adjust the gradient color, the side of the slider is white, while red, drag the red slider to the position in the figure. Then use the black key tool to select the word, adjust the gradient tag, and change the direction of the gradient.
6, next, you need to change the side frame color of the text. Click on the side box color box on the right side of the properties panel to set the color as # aa0000, so the reflective effect below the text is made.
