The development of project management disciplines is also experiencing such a way of development. I. Project Management Specialization is one of the three characteristics of modern project management development, although human project practice can be traced back to thousands of years, it is not a science to analyze research as a science. It is not long. From the world's first professional international organization IPMA in 1965, it has been found for more than 30 years. After more than 30 years of hard work, the current international professionals have a preliminary consensus on project management importance and basic concepts. Analyze the development of international project management, there are three characteristics: the development, diversified development and specialization of globalization. The development of specialization is one of the three characteristics. An important feature of project management's global development knowledge economy era is the globalization of knowledge and economic development, because of the needs of competition and the support of information technology, the globalization of project management has prompted project management. It is mainly manifested in the international project cooperation, and international professional activities are increasingly frequent, international sharing of project management professional information. The globalization of project management is for us to create opportunities for learning, and also give us high-level internationalization requirements. The diversified development of project management can operate according to the project due to most of the activities of human society, so contemporary project management has deepened into all walks of life, appearing in different types, different sizes, such industry sectors and project types The diversity has led to the emergence of various project management theories and methods, thereby promoting the diversified development of project management. The extensive application of project management professional development project management has promoted the development of project management to the direction of specialization, highlighting the development and improvement of project management knowledge system (PMBOK), academic education and non-qualified education competition, various projects The emergence of management software development and research consulting institutions. This bidirectional exploration is from the needs of the outside world, but it greatly promotes the development of project management itself.
