In the work, I often use the PPT screening to give a speech, and I have seen professional lecturers and IT sales to introduce the product, and it is also PPT. But almost everyone's PPT usage is still in the projector, what is also shown on the speaker's Laptop, the speaker either looks at your Laptop screen, or looks on the wall. "Remarks" completely lost its role because it could not see it.

The first step is set in your LAPTOP display attribute.
As shown, in the case of connecting an external display or a projector, click the "2" screen and set the appropriate resolution at the same time as the highlights in the figure, "Windows Desktop to this Display" simultaneously.

Because there is no projection in the family, I used an old CRT. From two screens, you can see different display content, the screen on the left is to see the audience. In this way, the following audience will not see what is installed in the notebook of the speaker, the speaker can show it to the audience according to their own will, rather than put all the speakers' operations. (I don't have much to say this benefit. I have a similar experience to experience it.
In the second step, open the preparation of the PPT you need to speech for the festival.
Select the settings of the show
Select "Show Speaker View" in the highlight in the figure (this is the key points)
After clicking OK, the setting is completed.
In the third step, start the show.
Click on the location in the figure or press "F5" directly. The difference between the two is that the F5 starts the show from the head, and the illustration button begins with the current Slide.
Finally, watch the effect
This is the picture seen by the speaker. The following highlights are the contents of "Remarks".
· Analyze this view, the speaker can not only see the preview of each slide;
· You can also know the general content of the next PPT (title);
· You can read "Remarks" directly (for novice and friends who are wrong);
· It can control the speech time well;
· When the SLIDE selection (abnormal flow) can be clicked in "Black Screen", the audience can not see what kind of "Make Operations" you are doing.
