1, ORA-12541: TNS: No listener
Cause: There is no launching listener or listener corruption. If the former, use the command NET Start OracleoraHome81TNSListener (the name may be available); if it is the latter, use the "Net8 Configuration Assistant" Tool Wizard to add a listener (basically no information , All the way OK. Maybe you may need to delete all the listeners before adding!)
2, ORA-12500: TNS: Listening program Unable to start private server processes or ORA-12560: TNS: Protocol Adapter Error
Cause: Oracle's database service is not started. Use the command NET Start OraclesErViceRadB (ORADB to the database name). If you still have not been resolved, please continue to look down.
3, if the database service failed, it is likely to be corrupted by its registry key value, the best practice is the following two steps:
1) ORADIM-DELETE -SID ORADB Delete Database Service 2) ORADIM -NEW -SID ORADB Add Database Service Note: If you go wrong during this process, restart your computer!
4, ORA-12154: TNS: Can analyze service name
Reason: Oracle's network service name is not properly configured. Please use the "Net8 Configuration Assistant" Tool Wizard to configure TNS. If you still have not been resolved, please continue to look down.
5, ORA-1034: TNS: Oracle is not available
Cause: Oracle's database service is started correctly, but the database is not open!
Use the command:
1) SVRMGRL Startup Service Manager 2) Connect Internal Log in in INTERNAL INTART 3) STARTUP Open Database
6, ORA-12560: TNS: Protocol adapter error (refractory)
Cause: Unknown.
Solve: Killing - Open "Windows Task Manager", kill Oracle.exe and ORADIM.EXE processes, write your own Ora_Startup.bat, execute!
