1340 ~ 1348 User IMSI and MSISDN correspond to the corresponding rules of the current network 135-1139, the relevant rules are as follows:
134 users have effective MSISDN numbers: 134H0H1H2H3ABCD
The corresponding IMSI number is: 460 mm s H0H1H2H3 XXXXX
Where: mm = 02
S = 0
H0H1H2H3 is the same as MSISDN
XXXXX is obtained for the ABCD scrambling code in the MSISDN number, and the scrambling code is customized by each province.
All provinces will be transformed in accordance with the above corresponding rules for MSISDN and IMSI corresponding conversion relationships in 1340 to 1348.
