You can implement the multi-thread download of IE by modifying the registry.
Open the registry, expand "HKEY_CURRENT_USER \Software\Microsoft \Windows \current-version \Internet settings",
Then add two "double-di-fi" (DWORD value) in the window of the right side.
The key names are: MaxConnectionsPerserver and MaxConnectionsperl_OServer,
The key value is "5", and then restart the computer after storage, try to download it with IE,
