Enable Internet connection sharing by using a dial-up connection, you can provide network address translation, addressing, and name resolution services for all computers in the home network.

When ICS is enabled, a Mini-DHCP Server is enabled, which includes DHCP Allocator, DNS Proxy, and WINS Proxy components.
You cannot use ICS with DHCP in the same subnet.
When ICS works, the computer automatically assigns 192.168.0.1 address if this address is being used by another program, ICS will not work.
