TACACS allows the client to have its own username and password, and send query instructions to the TACACS authentication server (also known as TACACS daemon or TACACSD). Normally, the server runs on the host program. The host returns a response to the receiving / reject request, and then determines whether the TIP is allowed to access according to the response type.
