This is a non-exposed photo:
A common practice is:
(1) Open the original picture in Photoshop,
(2) Copy background (Figure 2),
Changing the layer mixed mode is "color filter" (Figure 3),
Get a new picture (Figure 4),
(3) Use Edit -> Image -> Adjustment-> Color step, lighten the dark area (Figure 5),
Get the final photo (Figure 6).
Control this photo and the original photo (Figure 7),
We found that due to the original photo of the "owed exposure" process
Not uniform, adjust to this level, some areas still "underlying", such as billboards on the left, right
The trees and door frames in the lower corner, but other areas have been "exposed", such as the sky, MGM Hotel
Wall, etc. If you are not required, you can only move in both ways, and the degree of this picture is even. but
If you need to get a photo that can be accurately exposed, the above practice needs to be further modified.
One method is to divide each region and add multiple color step adjustments to the image. Many
Multi-adjustment, I prefer fast illumination, because it is simple to adjust the snapshot method,
Convenient.
The steps of using the snapshot method for multiple color step adjustments are as follows: (1) Open the original image in Photoshop, (2) copy background (Figure 2),
(3) The left billboard is the least short-term exposure of the picture, first exposing it: Edit -
> Image -> Adjustment -> Color steps, lighten the dark area (Figure 8),
At this time, it is only necessary to set up the exposure of the billboard in the figure, get the exposure of the billboard to meet the new pictures we need (Figure 9);
We see that this time the billboard in the left picture, the green trees on the right side and the exposure of the street view below are suitable. The upper sky and the middle of the wall exposure are excessive. We are ready to keep the former, restore To re-adjust the latter. This is achieved with a snapshot method.
(4) How to build a snapshot? On the right side of "history" under "historical" item ("copy layer" item)
The "Click" in the small box, there will be a "history brush" in the small box, which means here
(This example "copy layer" is established to establish a "snapshot" (see in the middle of Figure 10).
If "click" in the small box, the "historical brush" mark in the "Replica Layer") small box disappears, which means that the original ("copy layer") snapshot is canceled (See Figure 10 Right Side) (5) Back to the picture that is just now (Figure 9),
There are two ways to establish a snapshot to reach "The exposure of the left side of the billboard, the green trees and the street view below", and "restore the sky and the middle of the wall" in order to re-"fill the light." The first method is to build a snapshot at the "copy layer" on the right side, still from the last step "color order" (activating "color step"), click on the "History" brush of the left toolbar, select Suitable brush size, the 118 soft brush, normal mode, an opacity 100% (see Figure 11), apply a large block of blue sky. Apply the junction of the blue sky and MGM wall, billboard, green trees, street views. At this time, the picture is zoomed in and "historical brush" is changed to 10, and the opacity is changed to 80% to ensure the smoothness of the junction ( See Figure 12).
On the picture after repairing the blue sky, the exposure of our wall still needs to be further adjusted (Figure 13).
(6) Adjust the wall exposure: Edit -> Image -> Adjustment -> Color steps, dimmed wall (Figure 14).
Now you need to keep the wall after this adjustment result, and restore the other parts of the picture to the front of the adjustment. It can be easily achieved with quick-absorption. In (5), we mention that "can have two ways to establish snapshot", both methods can achieve the final effect, where we introduced the first method, here we adopt the second method. Establish a new snapshot in the "History" final step, then use the mouse to activate the "History Brush" in the previous step (Figure 15),
Pay attention to the observation screen, we see the picture back to the picture before the "color step" adjustment. We start from here, click on the "History" brush of the right toolbar, set the brush size of 30, mode "normal", opacity "80%", apply the wall, you can get the result (Figure 16) .
(7) Remove some noise with the "Repair Pen Tool" or "Imitation Stamp Tool" (Figure 17),
When you need, use the "color phase / saturation" to properly adjust the color, all work is completed. (Figure 18 is the last result, Figure 19 is two comparison)
