When running the primary file EPTS.exe, other files must be located in the same directory with EPTS.exe. So I copied DXDLL.DLL, PTS.BIN, PTS.HLP, readme.txt into the root directory of the C drive. Run EPTS.exe again. At this point, two windows are opened on the screen: the printer fault diagnostics window and the print information display window. After a period of exploration, I found that the former is the work window of EPTS.exe. The various faults of the printer are diagnosed, excluded; the latter displays the various parameter settings of the printer, such as the printer port, driver version, Print data format and IRQ interrupt number and other information.
