[Experience] RCP Construction of Product Problem Solution

Under normal circumstances, when using the RCP Runtime Binary deployment program,

If you build a Product appear:

No Application ID HAS BEEN FOUND If you build Application appears:

Application "..." COULD NOT BE FOUND in The Registry. The Applications Available Are: . Most of the case due to the Runtime Binary not provided in determining the configuration information without a write error, org.eclipse.Update.configurator The reason for the package.

Solution:

1. Find the Org.eclipse.Update.configurator_x.xx package in the Eclipse's PLUGIN directory, then copy to the plugin directory of the RCP program. 2. Note The osgi.bundles = ... line in the configuration directory Add the following information: osgi.bundles=org.eclipse.core.Runtime@2: start, org.eclipse.Update.configurator@3: Start, such configurator can generate a configuration information directory. Note: I use the RCP version of 3.0 .1, 3.1m4 does not provide that package .... I don't know if this is a place for Eclipse developers.
