Disable Manager Your Server dialog

Creating a new account is not a welcome screen in Windows Server 2003, so you will not be asked to set a new account when you start. The new account is very easy, click Start -> Run, then enter LusRMgr.msc and press Enter. The Local Users and Groups window will appear, then click the right mouse button on the left panel, and select the New User, and fill in the relevant information (Full Name and Description are optional), then select the relevant Check box and click Create. You can also add it in the computer management of the control panel.
Setting permissions Your new account is already available, but before we log in with it, you may want to give your account "administrator" permission. If you want to do this, click the right mouse button on the new account name and click Properties, open the Member Of tab, click Add ...-> Advanced -> Find Now, then double-click the ADMINISTRATORS at the top of the list. Click OK to close the window. Now you can log out of Administrator and log in with a new account. Disable IE Enhancement Security Settings

Enter Services.msc in the run and press Enter to find the Services window, find Windows
