Backup recovery database, relatively fast way:
First separate the database you want to back up, then find the .mdb and .log files in the data directory, copy to the machine to be recovered, use additional data, and select the .mdb file.
If the database already exists, or the existing database does not stop, you can use the existing database, copy the backup file to the machine to be backed up, then restore the database, select the device, select the file, and select 'Force Restore. There is a database 'to overwrite all data.
