TCP / IP protocol (9X / ME needs you to add, 2K / XP comes with)
JDK1.4.x
Text Editor (Editplus or UltraEdit, etc.)
After starting school, you can try the use of Eclipse and other integrated development environment, Rose and other groups of model control tools.
