1, Localdomain (Local
Delivery): This is a local distribution queue for distributing the transfer of local organizations. The default should be idle.

Awaiting
Directory
LOOKUP: This is a wait for the directory query queue. When the user submits the letter, the letter will first pass this query to get the exact condition of the destination address through the directory query. If the directory query fails or finds the right information, the letters will stay this queue. Similarly, the default is also idle.

ROUTED: The queue is waiting for the routing queue. When the letter has learned the information of the target recipient through the directory, the resolution of the destination address is needed to confirm the transmission route of the letter. If you don't correctly resolve the address of the target host, letters will stay in this queue. The queue is also idle by default.
4, xxx.com (Remote
Delivery): This is the most common queue. The queue is called a remote distribution queue. When the letter's destination address is successfully parsed, the letter is automatically transferred to the corresponding remote distribution queue, and starts attempting to establish a connection and transmitting the letter. The remote distribution queue is based on the remote domain name. If a domain name has a corresponding SMTP connector, the remote distribution queue is named in the SMTP connector. Letters sent to different domains will use different remote distribution queues. The remote distribution queue is temporary. When the letters in the queue is successfully sent, the queue will automatically disappear when the next refresh is refreshed. When there is a problem with a problem remote connection or distribution, the remote distribution queue will stay and display the Retry status to see the reason why the attribute can see the last failed. The quantity and size of the letters in the column will also be displayed in the queue.
When there is a letter in the queue exists, the message information in the queue can be obtained by the function of the inspection letter. The queue cannot be deleted directly. If you want to delete a queue, you can delete the letters in the queue (optional to generate NDR), then the queue automatically disappears when submitted next time. Note: Non-remote distribution queues cannot be deleted.
When the server load is high, there may be a pretreatment queue that is the temporary stop of the letters that the letters have been accepted by the SMTP server, but there is no handling of letters that have not been processed.
