Method 1: Register the following DLL file.
Start - Run - Enter the following command sequentially
Regsvr32 shdocvw.dll
Regsvr32 shell32.dll (pay attention to this command, no need to lose)
Regsvr32 oleaut32.dll
Regsvr32 actxprxy.dll
Regsvr32 mshtml.dll
Regsvr32 urlmon.dll
The second command can do not use it, restart Windows after entering these commands, if it is found, re-enter it again, this time the second command is entered.
Method 2: Problems generated by ComctL32.dll files.
This file may be replaced when upgrading IE or Windows, maybe the new version of the chactl32.dll file has bugs.
Find a Windows Installation CD, search it, find a file called ComctL32.dl_, copy it out, use WinRAR to extract this file as a COMCTL32.DLL file, and overwrite existing files.

Method 3: When using methods, REGSVR32 OleAut32.dll is not valid, and it is not valid.
Extract the Oleaut32.dll file in the Windows CD, in the MDAC_IE5.cab file package, it is also extracted with WinRAR and overrides existing.
Method 4: DCOM property setting error.
1) Click "Start".
2) Enter "DCMCNFG".
3) The pop-up prompt box is selected "Yes".
4) Point "Default Security Mechanism" tab.
5) "Edit the default" in the "Default Access" column.
6) Take a look at the "System" and "Interactive" items below the column below, if not, then add it.
