WinCVS needs to use Python as the SHELL interpreter, setting method for admin -> preferences -> WinCVS -> Python, then select Python24.dll under the System32 directory (I installed Python 2.4, other versions). Set success on WinCVS 3.1.15 and WinCVS 3.1.20, but don't know why, in WinCVS Chinese version, there is no such option. . . . .
