The report released by the National Development and Reform Commission, the National Bureau of Statistics showed that in the fourth quarter of last year, 35 large-scale economic applications and ordinary residential sales prices rose 2.6% and 11.6% respectively, and the luxury residential prices rose 12.5%.

In 35 large and medium-sized cities, 9 urban housing sales prices have increased by more than 10% last year. Among them, Qingdao rose 19.8% year-on-year, Nanjing 15.2%, Jinan 13.7%, Hangzhou 13.4%, Shenyang 12.4%, Ningbo 11.1%, Shanghai 10.4 %, Chongqing 10.3%.
