"Conflict" is generally present in various products. According to the compromise method in traditional design, the conflict has not been completely resolved, but the two sides of conflict have been compromised, or the extent to which the conflict is reduced. TRIZ Theory believes that product innovation marks are resolved or removed from the conflict in the design, and the new competitive solution is produced. Designers continue to discover in design and resolve conflicts are the driving force for promoting product evolution. Technical conflicts refer to a role while leading to useful and harmful results, and can also refer to elimination of the introduction or harmful effect of useful effects lead to one or several subsystems or systems deteriorated. Technical conflicts often appear as conflicts between two subsystems in a system. Through the detailed study of 2.5 million patents, TRIZ theory proposed a conflict with 39 general engineering parameters. In practical applications, first, the internal performance of the components conflict is expressed in two of the 39 engineering parameters, and then find out the principles of resolution of the conflict in the conflict matrix. The principle in TRIZ is analyzed by specialized researchers to analyze and summarize their existing innovative achievements in different fields. These experiences have important reference value for product innovation in different fields. On the basis of analyzing research on the world's patents, Altshuller et al. Presented 40 invention principles. Practice has proved that these principles have an important role in guiding the invention creation of designers. The conflict theory of Altshuller seems to be product innovative spiritan medicine, actually the post-treatment and application after the application of this theory remains a key issue. The following figure shows the whole process of problem solving.

The above technical conflicts can be embodied as 12 steps:

1. Define the name of the system to be designed;

2. Determine the main functions of the design system;

3. List the key subsystems of the design system, various auxiliary functions;

4. Describe the operation of the design system;

5. Determine the characteristics of the design system to be improved, the characteristics should be eliminated;

6. The parameters involved should be re-described in 39 engineering parameters;

7. Description of technical conflicts: If a certain engineering parameter is improved, the parameters will be deteriorated;

8. Another description of the technical conflict: If the degree of deterioration of parameters is reduced, the parameters will be improved, or the other worsen parameters are strengthened;

9. The corresponding matrix element is determined by the conflict between the conflict matrices;

10. The above element is determined by the above elements;

11. Apply the desired principle to the designer;

12. Find, evaluate and improve the conceptual design and follow-up design. Usually, more than 1 principle selected, this shows that the prior person has solved some specific technical conflicts with these principles. These principles simply indicate the possible direction of the solution, that is, the application of these principles filters off a lot of less likely to solve the direction. Use each principle selected as much as possible to use the designed process, do not refuse any principle of recommendation. If all possible solutions do not meet the requirements, the conflict is redefined and solved.
