Recently, the computer was used by the family. Unconsciously IE the menu column, I have a "URL" menu, I think I haven't installed it.
Anyway, I have to find a deleted place, find the addition of the delete program in the control palette, and see if I don't find it. I didn't find the Download Files under the Windows installation directory. I really didn't find the ghost.
Try the URL in the URL menu, actually connected to http://op99.com/download.htm, which is actually downloaded. Download it first.

Then restart the computer, delete the C: / Program Files / LTUCX this ltucx directory, and finally look at this annoying "URL" menu in the IE menu.
