SQL Server2k date Retrieval: Did of the client retrieved and DB is different
Example: DB in the field recdate is 2005/01/09, but the date retrieved at the client is 2005/01/08
The reason may be: SQL Server2k's machine time zone and client time zone settings are set.
For example, the machine time area of SQL Server2k is Japan tokyo, the client time zone is set to Beijing, then
The date retrieved in the client is less than a day in DB.
(Due to the deeper reasons, I don't understand, I can only describe the solution)
