The fully compiled problem of BCB is probably the most questions about the friends of BCB.
The symptom is to compile the EXE program to copy to the machine that does not have the BCB installed, it will not find the XX library,
Workaround: Click Release in Project-> Options-> Compiler.
Cancel the hook of Builder With Runtime Packages in Project-> Options-> Packages
Cancel the hook before use Dynamic RTL in Project-> Options-> Linker
