The first iteration ended

I finally understood why Kent Beck would say that the first iteration is the most painful. Because I will fall back to reality, this may be the reason why XP is effective.

The strange thing is that other people of the team seem to be more optimistic, whether it is a summary or the next iteration. It feels that I can't get used to telling the final procedure of delivery: I haven't finished.

Lack of customers is the biggest problem in the project, making the benefits of using XP a lot. Now I have to have the character of the customer, and I feel obviously conflict. It may take more ceremonified conversions (such as playing a customer cap) to strengthen different tasks that different roles should be responsible.
