Article 14 The personnel who cheated or extracted the "Computer Professional Technical Qualification (Level)" Certificate of the People's Republic of China by other means, that is, the certificate is canceled, and the certificate is recovered by the issuing authority. Article 15 It is approved by professional and technical personnel in foreign personnel and Hong Kong, Australia and Taiwan regions in the People's Republic of China, and can apply to participate in the exam and register in accordance with relevant national policies and procedures.
