When doing Web Server with IIS, some Chinese names will appear unable to download. Personal Test Result: The file name is 2, 4 Chinese characters cannot be downloaded, and there is no problem in one, 3, 5, and no tests in other cases.
Test environment: English version of Windows 2000 IIS 5.0
There are two ways to resolve this issue: 1. Modify the registry in the web server side, hkey_local_machine / system / currentcontrolset / service / inetinfo_parameters / favordbs change 1 to 0, then restart IIS. (If this value is already 0, the above problem should not appear) 2, and the client modified IE setting to set "always URL" in UTF-8 "to not select. (It is best to use the first solution, otherwise it will not set it for each visitors)
