Talking in the interview:
"New Marketing": You have both Japan's study abroad, and there are also experiences of US entrepreneurship and professional managers. Now return to home, you feel that they have given you any influence from management style? Serving the President of Microsoft China and the Shanda President, where is your role?
Tang Jun: I am very fortunate to experience different cultures. These have a lot of help to me later, and management philosophy. The innovation of American culture, the courage to challenge, actually, pay attention to the results, the diligence of Japanese culture, pay attention to the implementation force, meticulous, Chinese traditional culture pays attention to humanities, family, etc., give me a lot of revelation. I am constantly absorbing some good ideas, becoming my own ideas, integrating in actual work.
Different cultures bring different management philosophy, inheriting and carrying forward their own culture, integrating the advantages of other cultures, and integrates actual work.
