This command can effectively enhance your system security. Maybe you have to enter an account and password when you want to enter XP or 2000? Is this still not safe? First, the setting of double password protection:
1. Enter "Syskey" in "Run" in the Start menu, click OK. You will see the interface as shown in Figure 1.
2. The account database mentioned in this interface is the principle of NTFS encryption. For our general users, we don't need to go to research principles. We will use it well. Next, click "Update", the interface of Figure 2 will appear.
3, here we choose the password start, enter a password, then click OK. This will make WinXP need to enter multiple inputs at startup, which has played 2 encryption. When the operating system starts, the window prompt will appear before we enter the username and password. "This computer requires a password to start, please enter the startup password." This is the first heavy password protection we have just created.
Second, the production of password floppy disk:
1. If we select the "Save the start password on the floppy disk" in the second item in Figure 2, this will generate a password floppy disk, no such floppy, no one wants to enter your operating system. Of course, if you set it before The Syskey system starts password, here will also enter that password again to get the appropriate authorization, this is a bit similar to what we have to change the QQ password, you must know the original password. (Figure 3)
2, then the system will prompt you to put the floppy disk in the floppy drive, and the prompts of Figure 4 will appear after the password floppy disk generation.
3, then we will start the system again, then the system will prompt you to insert the password floppy disk. If you don't insert the floppy disk, click OK, the system will not give you.
This is like us to go home, must first open the unit's security door (insert password floppy disk). Then you can open your door (according to different accounts, enter different passwords). The only difference is that the password of the security door in reality makes many people know, and the password floppy disk of the operating system is only one talent. Third, remove the high security requirements for password floppy disk
If one day, your safety requirements for the operating system are not so high, and you are bored, every time you enter the system, you need to plug in floppy disk, what should I do?
